Today, I took a walk and let go of some old things.
Before I left my yard, I picked up some sea shells I’d collected from a Florida beach, walked out some challenging emotions made it to a nearby lake and threw them in.
I dunno.
I heard this can be symbolic. With each toss, to the whole universe, I muttered a tired but grounded “thank you” for life’s hardest lessons.
I’m want the life that seeks to uhser in new beginnings.
And a fresh start.
I don’t know what’s around the corner, but I know I’m no longer anchored to the past and I’m learning how to draw empowerment— even from rock bottom.
I’m focused on courage, purpose, fulfillment, self-care, health, and meaningful connection.
I’d love to connect with women doing the same.
