🗣️Institutions and deluded family systems don’t celebrate what they didn’t create and can’t control.

It can come from work, family, general society and “friends.” Honestly family can be the damn worst.

I’ve learned that it’s not about you, per se.

It’s a reflex.

A systemic way of downplaying what the system we’re in can’t control or claim.
